Do you feel the need to put the pieces of your personal financial puzzle together?

Thank you for visiting my web site!  I am licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) which allows me to represent taxpayers, both individual and business, in regard to current & delinquent tax filings, payroll taxes, tax audits, collections, appeals, Offers In Compromise (OIC) and, Installment Agreements.

I can help you resolve any questions or problems you might be experiencing with tax issues, taxpayer rights, IRS compliance, accounting  and, general business needs.

IRS PROBLEMS?  Do you know your taxpayer rights?

*Are you delinquent in filing taxes?

*Have you received a non-filing notice?

*Have you received a lien or levy notice?

*Do you owe taxes?

*Do you know your options for payment?

*Have you received an audit notice?

2011 filing season is here.  We all should be able to start gathering the information necessary to the preparation of our 2011 taxes as all tax filing related information must be mailed to us by 1/31.  Are you ready?  Check out the items of interest on page 2!

The IRS has stepped up its auditing of individual tax returns.  They announced that they were going to do so and, they have certainly stepped to the plate!  The IRS has also brought collections back in house and dispensed with the outside collections agencies they have used in the past.  What this means is that the IRS is collecting more aggressively!  Make sure you contact your tax advisor as soon as you receive an audit, collection, lien or, levy notice.  Your advisor will file a Power of Attorney (POA) form with the IRS.  Once a POA is prepared and filed, you do not have to meet or interact, in any way, with the IRS because your representative can do so on your behalf.  Follow this link to the IRS web site: www.irs.gov

You need a professional, but why?  We all live a faced paced livestyle within an ever changing world.  As a result of this, not to mention the recessionary economy we have been living in for the past 5 years, most people experience a great many financial changes which affect their tax situation, retirement plans, and investments.  IT'S INCREASINGLY PRUDENT TO HAVE AN EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL IN YOUR CORNER!

Most importantly, you should hire a professional who is LICENSED, CREDENTIALED, and COMMITTED to excellence!  This commitment and a genuine dedication to serving clients with the utmost propriety and efficiency, are the key ingredients in helping you to MINIMIZE your taxes, MAXIMIZE your wealth and SAVE your time!
